    • A 1919 Death Certificate states that Gertrude Ford was born to George Collins and "Sweetie" Collins out of Union Springs, Alabama. Gertrude died in Jefferson County from complications with Tuberculosis. She was buried in Montgomery. This revelation has conjured new mysteries that I am trying to resolve.
