* Gertrude Ford Day. Wife of Thomas Robert Day m. 1913 in Montgomery, Alabama. Death certificate to our surprise revealed a George and Sweetie Collins as her parents. This was very unexpected. We suspected that Gertrude was related to the Fords out of Mount Meigs and Bullock. Very uncertain now. However, George Collins is from Union Springs, Bullock County, Alabama.. there still may be some connection. It is a mystery currently why Gertrude's surname is Ford. More...

This family website is financed mostly by Reginald V. Finley Sr and Cynthia Day Finley. We have tons of birth, death, marriage, property and various other records to purchase, but that get's very expensive over time.
This year, we've spent over $450 on our family genealogy project. You can help out. We will start listing what we need funds for below. Feel free to DONATE so that we can get these records. As a record is purchased, it will be removed from the list and their individual page will be updated with the new record once it comes in. Most documents range from $12 to $30.
